  • Chop green chillies 2

  • Red chilli 1/2tsp


  • Turmeric 1/2tsp


  • Garam masala 1/2tsp


  • Maida 1cup


  • Wheat flour 2 cups


  • Salt 1/2tsp


  • Oil 2tsp


  • Ajwain 1tsp


  • Oil 2cups


  • Lemon juice 1tsp

Directions

  • Take a mixing bowl put maida,atta,salt,ajwainix add oil rub in your hands add water make a soft dough take rest.
  • Take a wok put oil add onion,chilli saute then add spices and chop peths vegas mix and cook after cook add lemon juice.
  • Take a wok add oil then oil heat make a poori.
  • Serve poori bhaji with curd.
